Lending Manager
Are you looking for an exciting career in a stable, service-oriented organization?  If so, AllSouth Federal Credit Union is looking for you!

We are searching for a talented Lending Manager to join our growing company.  The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in creating goals and plans for Credit Union lending, as well as developing new products and services.
• Designing and conducting loan portfolio and credit analysis to identify and track trends in order to reduce exposure to losses, maintain credit quality, adhere to safe lending practices, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Assisting with the programming and maintenance of our consumer loan origination system.
• Staying informed of competitor interest rates, products, and services, as well as conducting external surveys.
• Researching and implementing lending tools and technologies that would improve operational efficiency.
• Assisting in developing lending promotion activities and increasing loan product awareness.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field and have at least five (5) years experience in managing the consumer and mortgage lending functions at a comparably sized financial institution.  Previous supervisory experience is required and collections experience is preferred.

Teller - Columbia
Are you ready to start your career with a great company, or looking for a new challenge? We are now hiring full-time tellers for a variety of branches in the greater Columbia area.

Teller responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accurately processing transactions; balancing and verifying cash totals; assisting members with questions; providing information about AllSouth’s financial services; and performing drive-up teller, night drop, and ATM servicing functions.

Successful candidates will have strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. At least six months cash handling experience is required. Prior teller experience is not needed, but is helpful. Excellent customer/member service skills, computer experience, and careful attention to detail are a must.

Teller Floater – Greater Columbia area
If you enjoy meeting new people and are willing to travel within the Midlands area, this opportunity may be for you! Teller Floaters are Tellers who travel to different branches to help cover any staffing shortages due to vacations, illness, etc. In addition to the requirements for the Teller position, a Teller Floater must also have reliable transportation.
