One of the best services available to Members is the Freedom Checking Account. With Freedom Checking, there is no minimum balance requirement, no maintenance fees, and no per-check fees.

Here are a few of the features of Freedom Checking:

• There is no per-check fee with a Freedom Checking Account.
• Overdraft protection is available either through your savings account (if funds are available) or through a line of credit called Check Guard Plus.
• Free online banking and mobile banking.  Bill pay is free if you sign up for and keep free online statements.
• Free, unlimited person to person calls to our Member Answer Center.
• Free, unlimited AllSouth ATM deposits and withdrawals.
• Free direct deposit and automatic transfers.
• Free access your account through online banking, mobile banking, Respond 24Telephone Teller, ATMs, at one of our convenient locations or by contacting the Member Answer Center at (803) 736-3110 or 1-800-272-0695.

Members may also apply for a VISA® Check Card or view available check styles and reorder checks for an existing account.

Elite Checking

Elite checking offers many of the same benefits as the Freedom Checking Account. There are no maintenance fees, and no per-check fees, plus, you will earn dividends when you maintain an average daily balance of $1,000 or more.

Bridge Account Checking - for Teens

The Bridge Account is a checking account designed just for teenagers 13-17. There are no minimum balance requirements, no per check fees, and no maintenance fees. Bridge Account holders even get their first order of specially designed Bridge Account checks FREE!
