At AllSouth Federal Credit Union, you're not just a customer, you're a member. To check your membership eligibilty, simply go to Who Can Join. Once membership eligibility is determined, there are two convenient ways to establish membership and open an account at AllSouth Federal Credit Union:

1. Visit Your Nearest Branch

Visit a Member Service Representative at any of our Convenient Office Locations. They will make opening an AllSouth account an easy, pleasant experience.

To open an account at a branch, you must provide:

  • A Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN, SSN)
  • And one of the following forms of identification
    • A valid unexpired Driver’s License
    • SC concealed weapon permit
    • State ID Card
    • Alien Registration Card

If you do not have one of the IDs listed, you can present two IDs from the following group. One must include a photograph.

    • Employer Identification- Must be a major local employer such as SCANA, Colonial Life, FN Manufacturing, etc.
    • School/College identification card
    • US military identification card
    • US Passport
    • Major Health Insurance card
    • Auto Insurance card.

Important Information About Procedures For Opening A New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

2. Join By Mail

  1. Join by mail by completing the Membership/Account Application and mailing it along with a copy of your driver’s license or other qualified identification and a check for an initial deposit to:

If you are interested in opening additional accounts, please mark the Membership/Account Application to show which accounts you are interested in and include the necessary deposit for those accounts as well.

      2.    Print or download a copy of the Account Disclosure and Fee Schedule for your records. 
              Print or download a copy of the Share Certificate Disclosure if you opened a Share Certificate.
