Member Answer Center

If you need assistance but are unable to visit one of our convenient locations, we can assist you by telephone through our Member Answer Center (MAC). You can reach MAC by calling (803)736-3110 or 800-272-0695 (outside the Columbia area).

The Member Answer Center (MAC) provides most all of the services that are available through our office locations.  The following is a list of some of the services provided:

         
  • ATM/Debit Card Information (transaction history)
  • Updates to Accounts (i.e. name change, address change)
  • Stop Payment Requests
  • Check Order Requests
  • Reports of Lost/Stolen Checks or Cards
  • Loan Applications
  • Help with Respond 24 Telephone Teller

Member Answer Center representatives are available from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST Monday thru Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST on Friday.
