How to get started:
When you log in to online banking, you will be required to change your User ID from your Member Number to a newer, more secure Alternate ID that uses both letters and numbers. You will also be required to change your password and register each computer and mobile device you use to access online banking. The first time you login with each device you will be prompted to enter a one-time passcode that will enable you to register the device. To receive the passcode, you must enter a telephone number and select whether you want to receive the passcode via text message, phone call or email. Depending on which method you choose, you will receive a phone call, text message, or email with your passcode in a few seconds. Once you receive the passcode, you will need to enter it in the required passcode field. You can then select to remember the device so that you do not need to repeat this step every time you login using that device. Please be aware that each time you access online banking with a new device you will be prompted for a new passcode.
The one time passcode feature will also apply to mobile apps. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you use the phone number for your mobile device to receive either a phone call or text message with the one time passcode so you will be able to access your accounts at any time.
