Respond 24 allows you toll-free, unlimited access to your accounts from any touch tone phone in the continental United States. Let Respond 24's automated attendant guide you step-by-step through your transaction. For added security, all transactions require a Personal Identification Number (PIN). With Respond 24 you can:

• Check your account balance
• See which checks have cleared
• Determine if your direct deposit/payroll deduction has been completed
• Find out your loan balance and payoff amount

You can access Respond 24 by calling (803) 787-8566 or 1-800-458-2822.  First time users will need their member number and the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number to log in.  Then simply follow the prompts for account access.
