AllSouth values the efficiency and convenience of technology.  We also recognize the importance of maintaining your security and handling your private information responsibly.To this extent, AllSouth is offering a secure channel for exchanging confidential information via the Internet.  AllSouth's secure email, via partnership with Zix Corporation, is a two-way email encryption solution that eliminates the need for specialized software.  All you need is an Internet connection and a web browser that supports 128-bit SSL encryption.  Then, once you set up your secure email account, you're ready to go. Here's how it works:

When AllSouth sends you a secure email message, the message is sent to a secure data center where it will be held for you to retrieve.  At the same time, a notification message is sent to you to inform you that a secure mail message from AllSouth is waiting to be retrieved.  The notification message will contain a link to a secure web site.  Simply click on the link, log into the secure web site, and retrieve your message. The first time you go through this process, you will be prompted to create a user account to access your secure email.

Retrieving secure email messages:

When AllSouth sends you a secure email message, you will receive a notification message via standard Internet email.  Click the link contained in the notification message to be taken to the login screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and password that you established.  Once logged in, you can read your AllSouth secure email, download it to your computer, or send a secure reply message.

Sending secure email messages:

To send a secure email message to AllSouth, click on the link located on the left in the main navigation bar on AllSouth's web site.  You will be taken to the login screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and password that you established.  Once logged in, you can create a new secure email message by clicking on the "compose" tab.
