Our VISA® Check Card is the ultimate access card!
AllSouth members who open a checking account can also apply for a Credit Union VISA® Check Card. This card can be used for cash access at ATM machines (just like an ATM card) and it is also a convenient alternative to using a checkbook.

Rather than writing checks to pay for purchases, use your Check Card. The purchase amount is automatically withdrawn from your checking account. Your Visa Check Card can be used anywhere Visa Check Cards are accepted.

Additional Information about your Visa Check Card
  • After ordering your  Visa Check Card, it will be delivered to you by mail within 10-14 days business. 
  • To activate your card, simply follow the instructions in the letter mailed with your card. 
  • You will receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) by mail about 2 days after receiving your card.  For your protection, your card and PIN are mailed separately. 
  • Your PIN should never be stored with your card.  You should commit your PIN to memory.  Do not write it on your card or keep it in the same location with your card and never share your PIN with anyone, even a family member. 
  • If you would like to select a personalized PIN, you may do so at any of our convenient office locations.Don’t use obvious numbers for your PIN like your date of birth.   
 
If you discover that your card has been lost, stolen or suspect that the card number has been compromised, report it to us immediately.  For your convenience, you may notify us by any of the following ways:
  • Call the Member Answer Center at (803)736-3110 or 800-272-0695 (outside the Columbia area) Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST and on Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm EST.
  • Visit any office location.
  • After business hours, you may call 800-449-7728
