IMPORTANT: Update Your Contact Information
To ensure you have a smooth transition to the new Online and Mobile Banking platform, it's important that we have your most up-to-date contact information. Particularly, emails and mobile phone numbers. When you log in to the new platform for the first time, we will be using your email and phone number, in combination with new security features, to help verify your identity.
How to update contact information using the Mobile App.
To update your email and phone number in the Mobile App, select 'More' in the bottom menu then, select 'Settings'. Under Settings, select 'My Settings'. In the 'Contact Information' section select 'Edit', update your phone number on the Edit screen and select 'Save'. To update your email, select 'Edit' in the 'Primary Email' section of the 'My Settings' page. Update your email on the Edit screen and select 'Save'.
How to update contact information using Online Banking.
To update your email and phone number in Online Banking using a desktop or laptop, select 'My Settings' on the top right menu bar. In the 'Contact Information' section select 'Edit', update your phone number on the Edit screen and select 'Save'. To update your email, select 'Edit' in the 'Primary Email' section of the 'My Settings' page. Update your email on the Edit screen and select 'Save'.
You can also update your contact information at any of our locations.
