We're always working on ways to improve your banking experience and the services we provide to help make life a little easier. We're excited to announce that a new (and improved) Online and Mobile Banking experience will be coming soon! We've been hard at work, creating an experience that will help make managing your finances easier. The new platform will feature a wide range of new and improved services designed with you in mind. 

As we transition to our new system, Online and Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable Monday, March 16 through Wednesday, March 18. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Telephone Banking

You can also check your balance, make loan payments, make transfers, and more using Telephone Banking.

  1. Call 803-787-8566 or 1-800-458-2822.
  2. Listen to the audio prompts and make your selection.
  3. Enter your account, member, or social security number followed by the # sign.
  4. Enter your Telephone Banking PIN followed by the # sign.
  5. Check balances and deposits, make payments, and more. 
Logging in for the First Time
  1. Enter your User ID and Password you currently use for Online and Mobile Banking.
  2. You'll then be prompted to set up a new password and new security questions.
  3. For multi-factor authentication, you'll be prompted to receive a confirmation code via text or phone call to the number we have on file for you.
  4. Enter the confirmation code you receive and you're all set! You can start using Online and Mobile Banking immediately.
Joint Owners Logging in for the First Time
  1. Joint owners can sign up for Online and Mobile Banking by selecting 'Sign Up' on the app or in the login box on our website.
  2. Complete the sign up steps and you'll be able to access Online and Mobile Banking using your personal login credentials.

Connect all of your accounts, even ones from other banks and credit unions, and get a complete picture of your finances.

Stay in the know with alerts.

Stay on top of your finances and your budget. Create your own SMS text message or email alerts to get updates on low balances, account activity, payments and more. 

Balances on the go. 

When you’re on the go, Fast Balance lets you quickly see your account balance through the new Mobile App without needing to log in. 

Expanded money transfer options.

Easily transfer money from your AllSouth account to your accounts at other financial institutions or send funds to other AllSouth members.
