June 22, 2016 - Fraudulent Official Check Scam Alert
AllSouth has become the target of a fraudulent check scam. Consumers may have received a fraudulent AllSouth official check referring to lottery winnings. The letter that comes with the check typically states the funds have been deducted from the "winnings" and are to be used to pay taxes, insurance, and shipping and handling charges. The consumer may also be directed to contact their "claims agent." This is a scam. if you received one of these fraudulent checks, please contact us with the following information:

- Check Number
- Date of Check
- Amount of Check
- Memo Line Information
- The phone number where you can be reached
