Accessibility

We are committed to making our products and services accessible to all of our members. To meet these needs, we offer the following services:

Auxiliary Aids and Services

Large Print/Raised-Line Checks. We offer checks specially designed for the vision impaired. These checks are larger in size and have embossed guidelines which can be easily felt. To order raised-line checks, visit an AllSouth branch or contact us at 803-736-3110.

Operator Relay Service. To contact AllSouth using Operator Relay Services, please call 803-736-3110. Learn more by reading our Relay Services Authorization

Reader Services. Member Service Representatives are happy to read and explain the materials to anyone who is interested in becoming a member, adding a service, or conducting a financial transaction. Please call 803-736-3110 or stop by one of our branches to make an appointment.

Written Notes. Our member service representatives can provide written communication, instead of verbal. Please visit one of our branches for additional assistance.

Talking Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs).  AllSouth's ATMs offer Talking ATM services so that members may use standard headphones to hear what is on the screen.

Web and Mobile Accessibility

If you have difficulty using or accessing any element of this website, any AllSouth Federal Credit Union mobile app or tool; please feel free to call 803-736-3110 or email us at memberservice@allsouth.org. We will work with you to provide the information or item(s) you seek through a communication method that is accessible for you.

AllSouth is committed to providing a website that is accessible to all. We are making best efforts to implement the recommendations of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

AllSouth is striving to make every page accessible to all users but, some pages may have partial conformance due to the use of 3rd party vendors. As such AllSouth does not claim full site-wide conformance, instead a partial conformance, as defined by WCAG Level AA 2.0. AllSouth cannot ensure conformance of crucial third-party plug-ins and widgets and we acknowledge there may be difficulties with portions of the site.

We recommend using the most current versions of the computer-based assistive technology applications and browsers. There are easy-to-use controls for adjusting the size and colors of content on a web page. There are no ideal content size or color combinations for all users. By using the controls provided by your browser, you can personalize the content presentation to suit your needs. Keeping your browsers up-to-date will ensure that you have the most options for accessibility. Newer browsers tend to provide more display options to make content accessible, and may work better with assistive technologies.

We do not provide assistive technology applications or browsers. We support a variety of screen reader applications. Please visit the individual manufacturer site for information about how to obtain them. You also may have access to assistance from local and state agencies or non-profit groups in your area.

AllSouth uses automated testing (currently through Siteimprove™) as a baseline for conformance but agrees and confirms W3C's position that "there is as yet no tool that can perform a completely automatic assessment on the checkpoints in the guidelines, and fully automatic testing may remain difficult or impossible."
