What is AllSouth's routing number?

Our routing number is 253279031. This number is used to identify AllSouth when you set up items such as direct deposit to your account or automatic payments from your account.

What is AllSouth's mailing address?

Our mailing address is 730 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, SC 29201.

What is a member number?

Since we are owned and operated by our members, your member number represents your ownership of AllSouth. When you first set up your AllSouth account, we assign you a member number. The member number is not your account number, but it’s an important number that we can use to access your information when you call, email, or visit any AllSouth location.

How can I find my account number?

Your account number is included in your new account information when you first open your account. Through Online Banking, you can obtain your full account number anytime by viewing your eStatements under Additional Services. Your account number is also included on your paper statement if you receive it by mail. 

How can I sign up for Online Banking?

New users can simply select 'Sign Up' in the login box on our website or through our Mobile Banking App and complete the sign up steps. Once you've successfully signed up for Online and Mobile Banking, you can start using it immediately.

What if I forgot my password for Online Banking or I am locked out?

No worries! You can reset your password anytime by choosing the option for “Forgot User ID" or "Forgot Password” in the Online Banking Login box. Simply follow the steps provided to reset your User ID or Password. 

I’ve moved, how can I update my address?

Your address can be updated anytime by logging into Online Banking or Mobile Banking and selecting Account Services > Profile Updates > Change Address and Phone Number. 

How do I update my phone number?

Your phone number can be updated anytime by logging into Online Banking or Mobile Banking and selecting Account Services > Profile Updates > Change Address and Phone Number. 

How do I update my email address?

Your phone number can be updated anytime by logging into Online Banking or Mobile Banking and selecting Account Services > Profile Updates > Change Email Address.

How do I activate or reset the PIN for my debit card?

You can call 800-992-3808 anytime to activate or reset your PIN. You can also reset your PIN at any AllSouth ATM.

What if I lose my credit card or it is stolen?

To report a lost, stolen, or compromised credit card, you can call 800-558-3424 for 24 hour support.

What if I lose my debit card or it is stolen?

If your debit card has been lost, stolen, or you think your card number has been compromised, you can let us know right away by calling 803-736-3110 or 800-272-0695. Plus, our lost and stolen debit card service is available 24/7.

Can my debit card be used outside of the United States and if so, is that an extra cost?

Travel assured, you can use your AllSouth Visa debit card anywhere you see the Visa logo. If you use your card outside of the United States, there is a 1% foreign fee added to each transaction. Please remember to call us at 803-736-3110 or 800-272-0695 or send us an email at memberservice@allsouth.org with your travel dates and destination.

What are the limits for my debit card?

For your protection, there is an ATM cash withdrawal limit of $500 per day. Debit cards have a limit of 15 authorizations per day.

Does AllSouth offer Mobile Wallet?

Yes, we offer Mobile Wallet. Add your card to your Mobile Wallet using Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay®. To find out more about Mobile Wallet, check out our video tutorial.

How can I make deposits to my account after AllSouth is closed?

You can deposit checks anytime using Mobile Deposit in Mobile Banking. To see if your account is eligible for this service, select Check Deposit.

You can also make cash and check deposits or loan payments by using the night deposit available at any branch location with a drive-thru. The night deposit will be located in the first lane of the drive-thru.

What should I do if my checks are lost or stolen?

It’s okay, we’ve got you covered. You’ll need to visit any AllSouth location to close that account and set up a new account. If you’re out of town, you can email us at memberservice@allsouth.org or call us at 803-736-3110 or 800-272-0695. You can also request a stop payment on a check(s) in Online Banking under Accounts.

How do I place a stop payment on a check or electronic draft?

You can place a stop payment anytime using Online Banking or Mobile Banking.  Simply select Stop Payments under Accounts. There is a $30 fee per stop payment.
