What is AllSouth's routing number?

The routing number is 253279031.

What is a member number?

We are a credit union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned and operated by you our members. Our customers are more than customers, they’re our members. When you open your first account you get a unique number assigned to you, this number is your member number.

Why is your member number important?

Your member number is important because it identifies you as an AllSouth member. You need your member number to sign up for Online Banking, open additional accounts, and get started with other great services we offer.

What is my account number?

If you use Online Banking, you can obtain your full account number by clicking on your account information, then clicking on See Account Details to the right of your screen. You can also locate this information in your monthly statement or by visiting any of our branches.

How do I login to or sign up for Online Banking?

Click on the "Sign Up" in the Online Banking login box and follow the steps to complete and submit the registration form. Once your information is verified, you will receive an email from AllSouth confirming your ability to login. This process is normally completed within 48 hours. You can also sign up using our Mobile App.

What is AllSouth's mailing address?

How do I place a stop payment on a check?

To request a stop payment on a check, you can visit any branch. You may contact us at (803) 736-3110 or 1-800-272-0695 (outside the Midlands area). If you have online banking, you can place a check stop payment directly online. You will need to provide the check number as well as the exact dollar amount of the check. To be binding, the stop payment must be dated and signed. There is a nonrefundable $30 fee per stop payment.

Does AllSouth offer bill pay and if so, what is the cost?

Yes! You can pay your bills online 24/7 using Bill Pay in Online Banking.

How do I activate or reset the PIN for my debit card?

You can call 1-800-992-3808 at any time to activate your new debit card or to reset the PIN for your debit card.

Is there a cost for using my debit card and can my debit card be used outside of the United States?

You can use your AllSouth Visa debit card at merchants worldwide, anywhere you see the Visa logo. There is a foreign transaction fee of 1% if your card is used outside of the United States.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you discover that your debit or credit card has been lost, stolen, or if you suspect that your debit card number has been compromised, report it to us immediately.

What should I do if my checks are lost or stolen?

If your checks are lost or stolen, it is recommended that you close that account and establish a new account with a new account number.

What are the limits for my debit card?

There is an ATM withdrawal limit of $500 per day.  Debit cards have a limit of 15 authorizations per day.
