Annual Meeting Information
At AllSouth, you’re not just a customer, you’re a member. We are a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned and operated by you, our members. Each year we hold an Annual Meeting where our members come together to stay informed about the credit union and choose our volunteer Board of Directors. Nominating Committee
The AllSouth Federal Credit Union Nominating Committee is responsible for nominating qualified candidates to serve on the Credit Union’s Board of Directors. Thomas R. Gottshall and Walter Deierlein are up for re-election to serve a three-year term as members of the Board of Directors. Any member not included in the aforementioned nominees, who would like to be considered for a 2025 expiring seat on the Board of Directors, may seek nomination by petition. A petition nomination requires the signatures of at least 500 members, as well as a brief summary of the candidate’s qualifications and biographical data. Any member seeking nomination by petition must meet the following requirements: must be a member of AllSouth Federal Credit Union; all accounts with AllSouth Federal Credit Union must be in good standing; must be at least 18 years of age; and cannot have been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust. All petition nominations must be received by AllSouth Federal Credit Union by 5:00 pm, Monday, November 4, 2024.
