This Website and the terms of this Privacy Policy are offered and available only to users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. AllSouth’s services are not directed to individuals outside of the United States or any of its territories or possessions. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the AllSouth and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.   • Children Under the Age of 13

    only include aggregate information about visitors and members. The information in these reports will not identify you individually and any business partner with whom such reports may be shared will not be able to contact you based on the information contained in the reports.

    Advertising
    We may share data, such as hashed email derived from emails or other online identifiers collected on our site(s) with our advertising partners. This allows our partners to recognize and deliver you ads across devices and browsers.     in a way that would inhibit our rights under any income share agreement we may offer you. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

  • CardValet® (CardControl)

    We may collect Personal Information (information that is identifiable to a particular person) about you, which may include: name, postal address, zip code, e-mail address, telephone number, account numbers, payment card expiration date, payment card identification or verification numbers, social security number, mobile device location, and other information that we can use to contact you, verify your identity, provide the functionality available through use of the CardValet® (CardControl) downloadable application (“App”) and the related services (collectively, the “Service”), and manage risks, such as information maintained about you by identity verification services and consumer reporting agencies, including credit bureaus, and payment and other transaction information, and history for payments and other transactions in which you participate through the Service, and any Personal Information that you may enter into information blocks present in the App interface or made available through the Service.  We may collect information regarding your mobile device such as device settings, unique device identifiers, information about your location, and analytical information that may assist with diagnostics and performance. For your convenience, you may be asked to grant permission for access to your mobile device’s geolocation data. This information may be collected when you use certain services that are dependent on your mobile device’s location (such as the location of an ATM or in store transactions).

  • Online and Mobile Banking

    By accessing and using Online and Mobile Banking, you understand and agree that AllSouth may collect and retain personal and other information about you or the device you use to access the Service. You authorize your wireless operator to use your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, member type, member role, billing type, Mobile Device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI), and other subscriber status details, if available, solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to AllSouth with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our relationship.
