Keep Your Contact Information Up To Date

It’s important that we have your updated contact information on file. Particularly, emails and cell or mobile phone numbers. To help verify your identity, we use your email and cell or mobile phone number in combination with other security features. In addition to keeping your account secure, having updated contact information will ensure that you are aware of important announcements and information about your accounts.

There are three easy ways you can update your contact information. 

1.    Mobile App - Update your contact information under Settings in AllSouth's Mobile App. Follow these simple steps: To update your email and phone number in the Mobile App, select 'More' in the bottom menu then, select 'Settings'. Under Settings, select 'My Settings'. In the 'Contact Information' section select 'Edit', update your phone number on the Edit screen and select 'Save'. To update your email, select 'Edit' in the 'Primary Email' section of the 'My Settings' page. Update your email on the Edit screen and select 'Save'.

2.    Online Banking - Update your contact information under Settings in AllSouth's Online Banking using your laptop or desktop computer. Follow these simple steps:  To update your email and phone number in Online Banking using a desktop or laptop, select 'My Settings' on the top-right menu bar. In the 'Contact Information' section select 'Edit', update your phone number on the Edit screen and select 'Save'. To update your email, select 'Edit' in the 'Primary Email' section of the 'My Settings' page. Update your email on the Edit screen and select 'Save'.

3.    Visit a local branch – you can update your contact information by visiting any of our locations.
