We’ll carefully review your prior request for a foreclosure alternative program and consider any new information that you can provide that may make a difference now. Escalated cases will be evaluated in a timely manner. Typically, within 3 days we will acknowledge your inquiry in writing via email, fax, or mail. The standard resolution time for an escalated case is 15 days from the date we receive your written request for re-evaluation.
