You’ll still have access to all of the same features you’re familiar with, just with a new look and feel. We also added a few new features to help make managing your finances from your phone or desktop a breeze.

Logging in for the First Time

Here’s some information to help you get started. Follow the steps below to log in for the first time.

  1. Enter the Login ID and Password you currently use for Online and Mobile Banking.
  2. As part of the verification process, you’ll receive a text message, phone call, or email
    with a secure access code (SAC).
  3. Enter the secure access code (SAC) to complete the identity verification process.
  4. You’ll then be prompted to create a new Password, and you’re all set! You can start
    enjoying our new Online and Mobile Banking platform right away.

To get started with our Mobile Banking App, you’ll simply need to update the existing AllSouth Mobile Banking App on your phone and follow the steps above to log in for the first time.

Getting Started with Online and Mobile Banking

Our improved Online and Mobile Banking experience is here. With our updated Online and Mobile Banking, you now have access to a cleaner dashboard and more tools to help make managing your finances a breeze.

  • Logging In For The First Time

    How do I login for the first time?

    1. Enter the Login ID and Password you currently use for Online and Mobile Banking.
    2. As part of the verification process, you’ll receive a text message, phone call, or email with a secure access code (SAC) to the contact we have on file for you.
    3. Enter the secure access code (SAC) to complete the identity verification process.
    4. You’ll then be prompted to create a new Password, and you’re all set! You can start enjoying our new Online and Mobile Banking platform right away.

    To get started with our Mobile Banking App, you’ll simply need to update the existing AllSouth Mobile Banking App on your phone and follow the steps above to log in for the first time.

  • Registration in the New System

    How do I register for the new Online Banking system?

    Simply select ‘Enroll’ on the app or in the login box on our website and complete the steps. Once you’ve successfully signed up for Online and Mobile Banking you can start using it immediately.

    How long will I need to wait to use the new system once I’ve signed up?

    Once you have successfully signed up for Online and Mobile Banking you can start using it immediately.

  • Mobile App Information

    Will I need to download the new app and delete the old app?

    You will automatically receive the new app upgrade if you are setup for automatic app updates. If you are having trouble getting the updated app, please delete the current version and then download the updated app from the app store.

This information will explain how services you used in our old Online and Mobile Banking system may be impacted now that we’ve transitioned to our new Online and Mobile Banking system.

  • Transfers in Online and Mobile Banking

    Will the recurring transfers I had set up in the old system transfer to the new system?

    Yes, recurring transfers were transferred to the new system.

  • Alerts in Online and Mobile Banking

    If I had alerts set up in the old system, did they transfer to the new system?

    No, alerts did not transfer to the new system. You’ll need to set the alerts up in the new system.

  • eStatements in Online and Mobile Banking

    Did my eStatements transfer to the new system?

    Yes, your eStatement information was transferred to the new Online and Mobile Banking system.

  • Account Nicknames in Online and Mobile Banking

    Did the nicknames I set up for my accounts transfer to the new system?

    Yes, account names were transferred to the new system.

  • Bill Pay in Online and Mobile Banking

    Will Bill Pay items and contacts convert to the new system?

    Yes, your Bill Pay information was transferred to the new system.

    How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

    You will need to have a checking account in order to sign up for Bill Pay. Click on the Bill Pay menu item in Online or Mobile Banking and follow the steps to enroll in Bill Pay.

  • Zelle® in Online and Mobile Banking

    Will Zelle® items and contacts convert to the new system?

    Yes, your Zelle® information was transferred to the new system.

  • CardControl in Online and Mobile Banking

    Will CardControl convert to the new system?

    CardControl will no longer be available through our new Online and Mobile Banking platform, beginning Thursday, February 8. If you have any controls or alerts set up through CardControl, these will be turned off on February 8. Additionally, if your Debit Card was turned “off” through CardControl, it will be turned “on” and available for transactions on February 8.
